Highlands EduCare Children's Centre is a privately owned and operated childcare / education facility located in Kelowna, BC.

We encourage staff to build on their own unique talents and strengths, to develop programs that explore a child’s hidden or undeveloped talents.

We emphasize respect in social interaction, learning to develop empathy for others.
